Vision Chauffeur Drive Visitor Information

Visitor Information

Based in Auckland, we focus our touring destinations on the North Island. There is so much to see and do in this unique island that you’ll never want to leave.

The North Island is rich in beauty, featuring rugged coasts, lush native bush, Trout filled lakes, rushing rivers, diverse farms and snow clad mountains. In addition to destination attractions, we have included some vital information on New Zealand’s climate.

Weather
New Zealand doesn’t experience a large temperature range, lacking the extremes one finds in most continental climates. However, the weather, particularly in Auckland, can change unpredictably, hence it’s affectionately referred to as having ‘four seasons in one day’. Therefore, you should be prepared for sudden changes in weather and temperature. All our vehicles are fitted with an umbrella, but it is wise to carry an extra jersey or jacket with you, particularly from April – December.
